The documents available here are electronic reproductions of the legal documents for the Hunters Point Homeowners Association.  Official copies of the signed documents are available from the Secretary of the Hunters Point Homeowners Association.

Realtors Notice: The COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY (CIC) DOCUMENTS RECEIPT AND DISCLOSURE TO BUYER form is provided to document the Buyer's receipt of the Covenants, Design Standards, and Policy Letters.

Use the Architectural Improvements form to request approval for making changes to your property in accordance with Article IV of the protective Covenants for Hunters Point.

The Approved Roofing Material document lists the roofing materials approved for use by the Architectural Committee.

Use the Roofing Materials Requirements form to request approval for work on your roof in accordance with Article IV of the protective Covenants for Hunters Point.

Policy Letters are amendments to the Covenants and should be included in any review of the Covenants.
