The Hunters Point Homeowners Association Board Meeting was called to order by Frank Bluestein, the Board President at 7:00 PM at the Bluestein residence

We got a rebate from the County Treasurer.

31 owners have not paid dues yet

6.   Project Engineer

Some Firewise signs need to be hung

Will check private drives for asphalt cracks

7.   Architectural Control and Covenants

a.        Request for variance at 2140 Oak Hills Dr for mailbox replacement denied.  Mailbox replacement must be per covenants.  The 5 non-covenant mailboxes pre-dated the current Board.  If and when they are replaced, it must be to covenanted standards.  We may need a new policy letter clarifying mailbox standards

b.       We need a standard letter to listing agents notifying them that they need to provide buyers with a copy of the covenants.  Carol will do that.

c.    1915 Hunters Point requesting a variance for a playset in plain sight of the street and several neighbors.  Carol will canvass the neighbors and the owners are to provide a plat map identifying location of proposed playset

d.       1690 Stony Point approved for stucco
