Hunters Point Homeowners Association (HPHOA) Board Meeting April 14, 2009 1. Order: a. The HPHOA Board Meeting was called to order by Tony Toniolli, the Board President, at 7:30 P.M. at the Utzke residence. 2. Attendance: Present: Tony Toniolli

Webmaster 3. Reports of Association Activity: a. Order of Business (Tony Toniolli): President reviewed the agenda for the meeting and discussed the calls that were made to the city turning in residents to remove the snow on their sidewalk areas. The more appropriate way would have been for neighbors to be called versus involving the city. b. Secretary’s Report (John Sell): Minutes of the February 2009 Board Meeting & March 2009 summary were approved. c. Treasurer’s Report (Dick Utzke) Details of all finances can be found on the March 31, 2009 Balance Sheet which is an attachment to these minutes. Various line items were reviewed. Currently, nine homeowners are still delinquent on their annual homeowner dues. There are no special financial assessments in effect and none are contemplated. The financial position of the HPHOA is sound and it is expected to remain that way. d. Project Engineer’s Report (Frank Bluestein): Wheel chair accessibility (sidewalk/curb) at Oak Hills & Big Valley People were in the valley were caught stealing large boulders by one of the homeowners. A sign was also place at the Pinnacle Ridge entrance stating “NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES”.. License plate was recorded of the perpetrators. e. Covenants/Architectural Control Committee Report (Carol Lubell/Bill Montero): Plan for deck at 1713 Oak Hills was approved Deck replacement at 1620 Pinnacle Ridge was approved Deck replacement at 2040 Hunters Point was approved Circular Driveway at 7235 Oak Valley was denied f. Fire Mitigation Report (Bob Biggers): HPHOA is on Firewise chipping schedule for 6 July 2009. Trophy: Firewise Communities/USA Status by National Wildfire Coordinating Group Homeowners are encouraged to continue to track clean up and fire mitigation efforts g Web Master (Bill Donaldson - ABSENT) New provider will be acquired for the website and no interruption of service is expected. h. Newsletter (Paula Tomlinson – ABSENT) Inputs are to be in by 1 May with expected publish date of 8 May 2009. i. Welcome Committee (Nancy Winkler) New neighbors have moved in on Oak Valley. 4. Old Business: None. 5. New Business: Reservations made for General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, 19 May starting at 6:30 PM at the fire station located behind Centennial and Allegheny. There is a concern about personal dumpster limit and what our contract reads with Bestway Disposal. To be reported on next month. 6. Next Meeting: See New Business. 7.
