Private drives have all
combinations of city signs, wood signs in good repair, and wood
signs in poor repair.
Signs in poor repair next to city signs will be taken down.
We will request the city place city signs where none exist
for safety purposes

Cracking on tennis court not from resurfacing.
Some damage covered by warranty.
Cracks can be repaired and they may or may not return next
year. They are due to
concrete getting old.
There are options to replacing with entirely new court.

At some point we will need to repair or replace signs at entrances
