1.   Order

The Hunters Point Homeowners Association Board Meeting was called to order by Frank Bluestein, the Board President at 7:03 PM at the Utzke residence

A.      General Membership meeting Fire Station 18, 5-18.  Connie Hughes will be asked to speak on Neighborhood Watch

 April Minutes were approved

 

5.  Treasurer.

9 owners have not paid dues yet

 

6.   Project Engineer

A.       Private drives have all combinations of city signs, wood signs in good repair, and wood signs in poor repair.  Signs in poor repair next to city signs will be taken down.  We will request the city place city signs where none exist for safety purposes

B.      Cracking on tennis court not from resurfacing.  Some damage covered by warranty.  Cracks can be repaired and they may or may not return next year.  They are due to concrete getting old.  There are options to replacing with entirely new court.

C.      At some point we will need to repair or replace signs at entrances

D.      We need to landscape and replace rotten ties at park

7.   Architectural Control and Covenants

A.      Frank Pallas new committee member

B.      Play set issue—letters from attorneys of HPHOA and Davenports presented.  We will examine easements, check with regional, and respond to their letter

C.      We need to update and modernize our covenants.  Pine Creek covenants a good example

D.      Committee approved Toniolli 1615 Oak Hills Dr for change in front shrubs, Percival 1660 Oak Hills Dr for backyard fence, and James Kelly 2250 Oak Hills Dr for landscape improvement

8.  Fire Mitigation

a.        6-12 Spring Cleanup

b.       6-14 chipper

c.       Andrew will be at cleanup and will inspect any property and advise

9.  Webmaster

      Nothing new

 

10.                     Newsletter

    Great job on most recent newsletter

 

11.                     Welcome Committee

    No one new, but needs new FireWise folders

 

12.                     Old Business

     8 street lights put out by city, 7 still on.  Board voted not to fund street lights

 

13.                      New Business

      Consider light in or near gazebo.  Todd will make recommendation
