The Hunters Point Homeowners Association Board Meeting was called to order by Frank Bluestein, the Board President at 7:04 PM at the Lubell residence

A.       June 12, 0900, is Spring Clean-up.  Todd placed the signs.  Deona and Suzy will bring drinks and food.  Gloria and Debby will bring pizza.

B.      June 14, the chipper will be available for slash

A.       6 owners have not paid dues yet

May minutes were approved

6.   Project Engineer

A.       1 damaged address sign cut down

B.      Tennis court being left unlocked and new divots on court.  Will change combination.

7.   Architectural Control and Covenants

a.        Frank read a letter from David Conley to the homeowners on Hunters Point Lane and their attorney regarding the playset.  We will absorb legal fees if the playset is removed, but they must respond by 6-10-10

b.       A patio cover requested by 1825 Squire Ridge was referred to Regional

c.       The Pallas landscaping at 1940 Squire Ridge was approved

d.       A replacement deck at 1850 Oak Hills Dr was approved

e.       1890 Trappers Glen received a warning for a barking dog and for parking on the grass

8.  Fire Mitigation

a.        6-12 Spring Cleanup

b.       6-14 chipper

c.       A person from Firewise will be at cleanup to inspect around homes if desired.  Families can sign for hours worked in fire mitigation

9.  Webmaster

 We have blocked all access to the site from Russia and the Ukraine.  We also plan to block China, Korea, India, Nigeria and most middle east countries as they are notorious sources of cyber attacks and spam.

a.        The entrance signs are in pretty good condition and do not need work this season

b.       Still need a light in the gazebo

c.       There are some serious weed issues
