The Hunters Point Homeowners Association Board Meeting was called to order by Frank Bluestein, the Board President at 7:00 PM at the Campbell residence

A.       June 12, 0900 Spring Clean-up cost $226.73

B.      June 14, the chipper serviced 74 homes and we collected 639 hours of service

A.       6 owners have not paid dues yet

6.   Projects Engineer

A.       City signs will be installed at all private drives at some time in the future
B.      Tennis lock combo changed
C.      Possible vandalism on tennis court service with chips in surface
D.      Court repairs scheduled for late summer
E.      We accepted the $3380 bid for landscaping at the common area.  This will include a gazebo light, shrubs and upgrade of steps.  They request 50% down
F.      Consider opening for new bids for work Griffith is doing now.  Tabled
G.     Robin Speiser stained entrance signs
H.      The stairs above Bear Valley need cleaning
I.         Discussed another walk-about.  Tabled
